I almost feel like a couple of years ago the word hybrid became trendy, and people really took it upon themselves to gate keep the word?

What is the Hybrid Girly Challenge?

The Hybrid Girly Challenge is a 12-week training program designed specifically for women who want to build strength, endurance, and confidence through hybrid training. Led by Lucy Davis, this challenge blends structured workouts, personalized nutrition, expert coaching, and a supportive community—all within the MyCoach App. Whether you’re preparing for Hyrox or simply looking to train like a hybrid athlete, this program gives you everything you need to level up.

How much does it cost?

The program is £90 when joining MyCoach using our VIP quarterly payment option, giving you access to all workouts, coaching, and community support.
