We have 3 different programs within the MyCoach x HYROX programs from beginner to advanced. Whether you want to shave minutes off your next time or train to finish, we got you covered.
YES. HYROX is the fitness race for everybody. If you are at least 16 & up for the challenge, you are a fit for the program. Plus there are 4 different race formats to choose from, covering every fitness level. The races have no time limits and no qualification is required to participate.
Our programs will allow you to get everything all in one place from training, tracking, check ins & how to perform all movements properly to take away the guesswork or worry.
Our programs will require equipment to make sure you’re fully prepared for the HYROX event, but you do not need access to a full fledged gym. The individual stations at HYROX are: (1) SkiErg, (2) Sled Push, (3) Sled Pull, (4) Burpee Broad Jumps, (5) Rowing, (6) Farmers Carry, (7) Sandbag Lunges, and (8) Wall Balls.
Well essentially... We set about making DRASTIC improvements and changes across the 5 key areas of not just your body but your life. More specifically: Physical Shape, Focus, Fitness, Running, Hyrox specific workouts & race simulations.
The program is now LIVE. And you can start whenever you wish. The programs are 12 weeks long, so make sure to time this to your event day, or you can get going early and get ahead of the game by either completing the program twice or trying one of the advanced programs.
